With hosted bar service, your guests can order drinks without paying at the bar. Instead, the tab is covered by you, the event host, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone attending.

With cash bar service, guests pay for their own drinks, helping you manage event costs while still offering a full bar experience. Please note that a minimum sales guarantee applies to this service.

Our Service Options
Hosted Bar Service
You, as the client, are responsible for the full bar tab.
Full Bar Option - $29.99/ person + 20% gratuity
Beer & Wine Option - $24.99/person + 20% gratuity
$300 bar setup fee - due at the time of booking, reserves your date. This fee is non-refundable.
Includes one bartender for up to 100 guests
An additional $150 per bartender for events with over 100 guests
Cash Bar Service
Your guests are responsible for their bar tab.
Events with 50 - 100 guests - $1600 minimum bar tab required + 20% gratuity
Events with 101-150 guests - $2250 minimum bar tab required + 20% gratuity
Events with 151-200 guests - $3000 minimum bar tab required + 20% gratuity
$300 bar setup fee - due at the time of booking, reserves your date. This fee is non-refundable.
Includes one bartender for up to 100 guests
An additional $150 per bartender for events with over 100 guests

Sparkling Wine Toast - $24.99/bottle (5 glasses)
Bridal Suite Wine/Mimosas - $10/person + 20% gratuity - 2 hour service
Groom Suite Beer - $10/person + 20% gratuity - 2 hour service
Glassware Service - $5/person
Garnish - $50 - Lime, Orange, Lemon, Cherry & Olives to add a fresh professional touch to every cocktail
Permit Service - $125 - we handle the paperwork to make your event fully compliant, so you can offer alcohol service to your guests legally and stress-free
Travel Fee - $2.50/mile above a 60-mile round trip from downtown Lafayette
